I entered the Positive Intelligence (PQ) programme at a point in my life where I felt overwhelmed. The programme was a game changer for me, it allowed me to hugely develop my awareness of what was causing my stress and overwhelm and taught effective, extremely useable techniques to manage those negative experiences. It has informed my work, with clients and been extremely well received. It is a programme that promotes a healthier, happier way of looking at and living life and I would recommend it to absolutely anyone. I am confident that everyone will benefit enormously from this programme.
